1. Order online with confidence using Paypal.

2. Use Visa or Mastercard through our secure shopping cart. Please note: Shipping address must match credit card billing address for order to be processed. If you are shipping to another address, I suggest using Paypal. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal without having an existing Paypal account. If you have difficulties with this, let me know and I can forward a "Paypal bill" to your email.

Shipping charges are not automatically calculated in the currently used shopping cart; they need to be chosen from a drop down menu. Please check that the correct shipping charges were chosen. If not I will correct them at the time the order is processed. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping


All parcels are shipped using Canada Post using the fastest and most economical way possible. Most items will arrive within 10-14 days of order.


Due to recent increases in postage from Canada Post (fuel surcharge)I have had to increase shipping costs. I try to keep shipping as reasonable as possible.

I can not guarantee that all items listed will be in stock at any given time. Items that need to be ordered in may take longer.

Returns

We would be glad to exchange or refund a product provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition by insured ground mail or courier, with a copy of the receipt, and a brief written explanation for the return, for our records, within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit.

Backorders

If for some reason a portion of your order is delayed, the order will be held until the complete order can be shipped.
